Shipping Policy
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
- Standard Shipping (Canada & USA): 3–7 business days.
- Express Shipping (Canada & USA): 1–3 business days.
- International Shipping: 7–15 business days depending on destination and customs
clearance.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and selected delivery
method. - Free Standard Shipping may be offered on promotional deals or orders above a certain
amount (see homepage for current offers).
Tracking Your Order
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package in
real-time.
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate.
- CanElectronicsMal is not responsible for delays or additional charges due to incorrect or
incomplete addresses.
Returns & Refunds Policy
- You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Certain items (e.g., opened software, personal hygiene electronics, clearance items) may
not be eligible for return.
Return Process
- Contact our support team at support@canelectronicsmal.com with your order number
and reason for return. - Our team will provide a Return Authorization (RA) and shipping instructions.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or
incorrectly shipped.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days after the returned product is inspected.
- Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will gladly exchange it at no additional
cost. - Contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.
Important Notes
- Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications are not
eligible for return or refund. - International returns may be subject to customs duties or fees, which are the
responsibility of the customer.
